BROWN, EVA ROBENA (nee BARR)

Passed away peacefully at the IOOF Home in Barrie on Saturday, March 17, 2018.  Eva Brown (nee Barr) of Barrie in her 96th year.  Beloved wife of the late Orton Brown (1987).  Dear mother of Dennis (Sheila) Brown of Barrie, Wanda Brown of Waterloo, and the late Glen (Silvana) Brown of Barrie.  Loving grandmother of Kealey, Adam, Stephanie, and the late Ashley (1987) and Teresa (1995).  Great grandmother of Ashleigh, Hannah, Landon, and Leland.  Sister of the late, Jim (Beulah) Barr, Jack (Marion) Barr, Annie (Howard) Johnstone, Helen (Ken) Adams, and Flora (Don) Kenwell.  Sister-in-law of Della Lewis of Orillia and the late Vera McLaughlin and Paul Brown.  Eva will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 10 am - 11 am on Friday, March 23.  A celebration of Eva's life will be at 11 am in the funeral home chapel.

Cremation with interment in Waverley United Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Eva's memory may be made to the Grace United Church in Barrie, the Waverley United Cemetery, the I.O.O.F Home, or the charity of your choice.
