DAVIES, VALERIE

Valerie Davies, age 78, gently passed away on January 2, 2021.  Valerie was the loving life partner of William Gard of Orr Lake, Ontario.  A cherished mother of John Davies, Robert Davies (Sharlene Davies), Ann Laurin (Norman Laurin), and Eileen Davies.  Valerie was a loving grandmother to Tabitha Davies (Isreal Rivera), Patrick Davies, Jackie Ulker (Derin Ulker), Sarah Davies, Meagan Davies, Audrey Davies, and Emma Davies.  Valerie was also an endearing great grandmother to William Davies, Joshua Davies, Ella Ulker, Madelin Rivera, Hannah Ulker, and soon to arrive, Amelia Rivera.

Valerie made many wonderful memories with her family, friends and community in which she lived.  She had a compassionate spirit that radiated in her interactions with those she knew or encountered.  Valerie believed in the power of humanity and dignity. She gave of herself in great depth to her family and was always available for a laugh, a tear, or a supportive talk.  Valerie will be missed a prodigious amount.
