CURRIE, MARIAN "MARNIE" (nee MCCLUNG)

Of Elmvale; passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe after a brief illness on Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 in her 72nd year. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Alex, her daughter Heidi (Russell) McElwain and their children Kyle & Will, son Mike (Maria) Bertram and their children, Mikey, Tyler & A.J., daughter Suzanne (Carl) Schumann and her children Sarah (Nick) & Wesley, stepsons Donald (Jean) Currie and their children Lindsay & Taylor;  Glenn Currie and his children Ben & Gwyneth.  Predeceased by her son Glenn Bertram.
Treasured sister to Lyle (Rena) McClung of Barrie, Judy (Wayne) Pennett of Calgary and Beverly (Hans) Firla of Calgary and aunt to many nieces & nephews.

Friends may call at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale, from 2-4 & 7-9 on Wednesday, August 26th.
Funeral service at St. John's United Church, Elmvale, on Thursday August 27th at 1:00 p.m.

Interment Elmvale Cemetery.
