GREGORIO, GEORGE

Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home, after a day of doing chores around the house, on Sunday, November 21, 2021. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Haley) Gregorio of Springwater. Adored father of Jennifer (Liberto) Frias of Alliston, Christine Gregorio (Steve Tilker) of Alliston and Bryan Gregorio of Springwater. Proud grandfather of Danielle, Jesse, Owen and Eva. Lovingly remembered by his mother Rosa Gregorio, his sis Nelly Joaquim (Ed Cordeiro), niece Melanie (Matt) Bremner and great niece Navy and his nephew Jeffrey Joaquim. Predeceased by his father Augusto Gregorio. He will forever be remembered for his kind, generous nature. His family was his world! He loved animals, and they loved him, especially the feral cats that gravitated to him over the past several years, his countless dogs that loved him including Pablo and his 'equine love' Lady Elise. 

A visitation will be held at Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale, on Friday, November 26th from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Floral donations will be accepted at the funeral home and should be delivered by noon on Friday. Memorial donations made directly to Heart & Stroke Foundation, heartandstroke.ca or to your local O.S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
