Wally passed peacefully on Sunday, May 1, 2022 on what would have been the Sunday following his most favourite day of the year, “Festival Day”. Wally Greenlaw of Elmvale in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Myrtle Greenlaw (nee Beamish). Dear father of Barry (Carrie), Bruce (Kim), and Peter (Wendy). Proud grandfather of Bradley, Kyle, Pam (Jaret), Shelby (Jeff), Tanner, Jacklyn (Pat), and Jesse (Candice). Loving great-grandfather of Brady, Aubree, Bryce, Peyton, Cooper, Carson, Amiya, and Adelyn. Brother of Bob (Pat) Greenlaw, Marg (late Bob) Maslen, and the late Ruthann (Floyd) Maw.
A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Funeral Service at the Elmvale Presbyterian Church on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 1 pm.
Interment Elmvale Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Wally's memory may be made to the Elmvale Presbyterian Church, Friends of Sara Vista, or the Alzheimer's Society.
