PARK, JANE ELIZABETH

Jane Elizabeth Park, 64, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 23, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto with her family and friends by her side.

Jane was the first born daughter of Shirley and James Park in the town of Midland, Ontario. She grew up spending her summers on Georgian Bay in the company of her little sister, Janice, and life-long best friend, Janice Hudson. She loved to kayak and be inspired by the beauty and colours of nature. Jane went on to attend Ontario College of Art & Design and become an accomplished fine artist and graphic designer with an extraordinary eye for colour. Her beautiful art pieces will continue to resonate in the hearts of many.

Jane is deeply missed and remembered lovingly by her partner of 33 years, Jim Gray; her mother, Shirley Park; sister, Janice (John) Minnings; niece and nephew (Kaitlyn and Matthew), Jim’s brothers - Glen (Monica), Dean (Robyn), Cam (Susie), Paul (Frances) and their children; her cherished best friend, Janice Hudson; and her cat Sophie. She was preceded in death by her father, James Park and beloved cat Fozzie. Jane will be remembered especially for her kind heart, gentle spirit and overflowing love for animals.

A celebration of her life will take place in June.
