Passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital in Hamilton on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, in her 82nd year. Verna Finch of Wasaga Beach, beloved wife of the late Harold Finch. Cherished mother of Allan (Lori) Finch and Mitchell (Amanda) Freestone. Proud grandmother of Abbigail Finch, Emmalyn, Deaglan and Ciaran Freestone and Kamryn and Lauren Bain. Great Grandmother to Joshua Allan Giglia. Verna will be missed by cousins Leonard, Maisy and May Gordon her very good friends Bob Robinson, Frank Elam. Laurie Pilkey, Bev and Don Niece and Melissa Brennan.
It was Verna's wish to have no funeral. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations in Verna’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
