HOLM, DWIGHT HERMAN

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dwight Herman Holm (78), of Oro-Medonte, on April 22nd, 2023.

Dad grew up in Hyas, Saskatchewan and left to join the AirForce at age 18. Life would eventually lead him to Barrie, where he met mom, Wendy Dunn at the time, and he would spend the next 57 wonderful years with her.

He left the Air Force to become a member of IBM Canada. Where he worked for 30 years before retiring as a Project Manager.

After retiring, Dad and Mom would spend many wonderful years on their property near Mount Saint Louis, where Dad loved to work on outdoor projects along the river and the forest property they lived on.

Dad will be forever remembered and loved by his family for his compassion, guidance and deep love for family.

He will be immeasurably missed by my mother, Wendy Ruth Holm, his daughter-in-law, Tracey Louise Holm, His grandchildren Kearra Tracey Holm and Joshua Christopher Holm, and by me, his son Christopher Dwight Holm.

Dad, you were our hero and we will continue to honor you and share your stories and thoughts throughout our lives. With great love and respect. Rest in peace.
