Passed away peacefully at the Villa Care Centre in Midland on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Wilma Pearson (nee Burns) of Midland, formerly of Wyevale in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Pearson. Loved mother of Lane Pearson, Shirley Brooks (late Gordon), and Heather McFadyen. Grandmother of Martain Pearson, Laura (Jason) Green, Leslie (Jamie) Robinson, Jeffrey (Kandi-Lee) Brooks, Kyle (Meghan) McFadyen, and Taylor McFadyen. Great grandmother of Emma Green, James Green, Kinley Robinson, and Wyatt Robinson. Wilma will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank their family and friends, especially Colleen and Joyce and the Villa Care Centre for their wonderful care of mom.
A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 3-4 pm on Saturday, March 2, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 4 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Spring interment Wyevale Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Community Reach, Villa Care Centre Robin Floor Activity Centre, or Askennonia Seniors Centre.
