HAMMETT, EDWARD CHARLES

Passed away peacefully at Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll on June 10, 2024.  Ed Hammett of Elmvale in his 90^th year.  Ed was loved by his wife the late Joan Contance (Bell) Hammett.  Dear father of Susan (Roger) Bredin of Whitby, Brenda (Patrick) Gronlund of Waterloo, Scott (Cheryl) of Thamesford.  Cherished grandfather of Edward (Faith), and John (Vy) Bredin, Emily (Peter) Croal, Noah (Emily) Gronlund, Kelsey Hammett and Brent (Maddie) Hammett.  Ed was the son of the late Norm and Marie Hammett.  Brother to the late Jerry (late Nancy) Hammett, the late Joan (late Harry) West, Carol (late Jim) Duff, the late Paul (Barb) Hammett.  Brother-in-law to Jack (late Edith) Bell.  Wendy (late Sam) Langman and Debbie (Ross) Langman.  Ed will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
