Passed away peacefully at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital on February 9, 2025. Jean Aspinwall of Wasaga Beach in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Aspinwall. Dear mother of Michael Aspinwall (Sabiniana Fenton), Michelle Hurst, and Mark Aspinwall. Loving grandmother of Dionne (late Dave) Thomson, Ryan (Heather) Aspinwall, Mitchell Aspinwall, and Matthew Aspinwall. Great-grandmother of Addie, Lucy, and Griffyn and to her 4 legged ones, Penny and Frankie. Sister of Corinne (Marshall) Tonner, late Marlene (survived by Harold) Chupa, and late Irene (late Barry) Howard. Sister-in-law of the late Nan (late Alfred) Stone and late Chuck (late Isabel) Aspinwall. Jean will be missed by her dear friends Rose and Ralph Coulston, all her nieces and nephews and the wonderful friends and staff at Waterside Retirement Lodge.
The family would like to thank all the Nurses and Dr's who cared for her while at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital and the caring staff of Waterside Retirement Lodge.
A memorial service will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 11:30 am.
