Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, on Saturday, June 11, 2016 in her 104th year. Louise Rumble of Hillsdale, beloved wife of the late Jack. Dear mother of James (Elaine) of Hillsdale, Helen (late John) Oakes of Toronto and John (Marie) of Hillsdale. Much loved grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Lovingly remembered by sister Jean of England and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings, Ruth, Elma, Alan and Beth.
She was a graduate of Women's College Hospital Registered Nursing Program, Class of '34, and enjoyed many years as a member of the United Church Women and Hillsdale Women's Institute.
Friends may call at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale, Monday June 13th from 7 - 9 pm and on Tuesday from noon until time of the service, in the chapel, at 2 pm.
Interment Hillsdale United Church Cemetery.
